Welcome to the Workshop
KBC is based in Fredrikstad, Norway. Here we have a full workshop for the repair of all types of cues.
Send by post or deliver to the workshop by agreement!

The online store is open as usual 24/7, and you can book an appointment to visit the showroom from 2pm-7pm every day.

Showroom/Shop
All our cues and goods are on display in our SHOWROOM here in Fredrikstad. Here you can get your hands on cues, bags and around 700 product lines dedicated only to billiards.
Our Viking cues in particular have to be experienced to fully understand how cool the colors are, and here we can also assist with anything you may wonder about.
You also test out different shafts, for the different cues. Unfortunately, you cannot test any of our cues physically. We do not have demo cues apart from the WHYTE shaft. Here you can bring your own cue, borrow our demo cue for Sarsborg Snooker Club and test for yourself how unique these shafts are. Here we ask that it be delivered on the same day that you borrow it.

Waiting time and queue.
Waiting time is not made by the work you have sent us, but work we have in front of you. But with reservations, the jobs themselves take this time:
-We change tip overnight. (24 hours come and collect)
- Changing threads/Jointpin, 3 days' work. Reservations for works ahead of you.
- Changing grips takes about 1 week. Reservations for works ahead of you.
- Painting jobs depend on the scope. Very exposed to the weather, and if there is a lot of rain, we unfortunately cannot paint. If the weather is nice, a painting job usually takes 1 week.

- We do not give any time for refinishing a full cue. It's done when the cue is ready. Anything from 1 month to a year.
- Do you want us to create a cue for you? Those who have paid orders in will get them in 2024, but after that we will focus on creating a series of our own cues that we put up for sale. They will then appear on the online store, and become one of a kind KBC!

You can now book an appointment in the workshop.
We accept appointments after 2pm on weekdays.
Weekends are theoretically closed, but we are quite round about this. Just book an appointment with us at least 24 hours before by email, messenger or text so that we can give you the best possible service! Here, too, the times are between 14-19. We do not accept bookings before 2pm.
WITH RESERVATION Please do not send us jobs that are urgent to get back. Unfortunately, we cannot take you to the front of the queue for a tournament or similar.
We will let you know when your repair is complete by sending you a payment link in the online store. Thank you for your understanding.
Order and Payment
All orders are paid through the online store. We accept Visa through Stripe and Klarna. Klarna also arranges the down payment for you. Their guidelines apply at all times. Paypal is also available especially for our foreign customers, but Norwegians are most welcome to use it.
The invoice is for the company only. 5 days credit, goods are sent after payment is received.
In the workshop we have a payment terminal, and Vipps for small amounts.
We do not take cash of any kind. No Cash Company.

Now we can send you Order links manually! That means I make your order in the online store, you get an email that you fill in (country, address and shipping) and pay in the online store. All I need is your email and what you want and I'll do the rest. DON'T panic about online shopping! Get in touch and I'll arrange everything for you!
