Terms & Conditions Bye & Bye Verksted AS General conditions of sale 
1. General Bye & Bye Verksted AS org.nr.926448730 is a company that sells services and products to private individuals and companies (the Customer) through the Quick store https://kbcues.com/. These general sales conditions apply to the Customer's purchase from KB Custom Cues, including via our online store. All prices stated include VAT. Shipping is added. All product orders are processed the next working day at the latest, and the Customer will then receive an order confirmation by email. 
2. Complaints and returns If you have problems with a product you have bought from us, we want you to contact us as soon as possible. If it is a question of a justified complaint, we will, depending on the type of product, together find a solution where we repair or replace your product. If repair is not possible, we will replace it with a new product. The last option is for good that you can use within five years. We handle any complaints on an ongoing basis and want a quick and efficient clarification of the process together with you as a customer!
We do not accept used pool cues in return, as we are an importer of several brands. We do not buy older models and resell them as we have to guarantee the warranty. This also means that we do not take back used pool cues for the same reason. You can come see, touch and feel the cues in the workshop, but under no circumstances take them home for testing.
We do not lend out demo cues and you cannot "Purchase" a cue to try it out. The right of withdrawal is only for completely unused cue. See point 7.
3. Shipping cost & delivery Delivery of products in the online store takes place through Postnord, Bring throughout Scandinavia. Their guidelines apply. Orders received before 12.00 on weekdays are dispatched the same day (as long as the item is in stock). Postnord delivery time is 1-4 working days, depending on where you live in Norway. We are not responsible for delays in the postal system caused by community events. Shipping NOK 0 should only be used for goods collected at our address in Fredrikstad. When you send products to the workshop, you must expect a waiting time. We do not operate with fixed delivery dates for any repairs. You will get your cue when it is finished.

4. Payment Payment is made with our payment solutions at QuickButikken. As of 1 May, invoices were phased out as standard.
Companies receive an INVOICE. 5 day payment deadline.
When contacting the workshop, you will receive your own order link on the online store, before we send the goods from us. Items will not be shipped until they have been paid for.
We are a zero cash company. We ask that all customers pay for our online solutions. We do not accept cash at all, and ask for your full understanding of this. No one will ever get a waiver to pay us in cash.
• VIPPS The VIPPS payment solution can be used for orders up to NOK 250. You will be given a VIPPS number upon agreement.  
5. Privacy Bye & Bye Verksted AS will only use the Customer's personal data to be able to fulfill the agreement with the Customer. The customer's personal data will only be disclosed to others if it is necessary for Bye & Bye Verksted AS to carry out the agreement with the customer, or in statutory cases.

6. All images on the Quick store are copyright Bye & Bye Verksted. You must also first ask us for permission to pass on the photos we send to the customer during work with the customer's cue. Or the Copyright Act applies. 
7. Right of withdrawal for online purchases If the Customer is a consumer, the Customer can cancel most purchases made via our website according to the rules in the Right of Cancellation Act. If you have the right of withdrawal, you have the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days without giving any reason for this. The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier, whom you have designated, get physical possession of the goods. For an agreement that includes several items ordered in one order and delivered separately, the cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you or a third party other than the carrier, whom you have designated, takes physical possession of the last item. To be able to use the right of withdrawal, you must notify us in an unequivocal way of your decision to withdraw from the agreement (e.g. in a letter sent by post or e-mail). 8. Bye & Bye Verksted AS's area of responsibility Bye & Bye Verksted AS is obliged to ensure that the agreement entered into with the Customer is respected. Bye & Bye Verksted AS is the Supplier's customer. Bye & Bye Verksted AS is obliged to do its utmost to ensure a successful delivery of goods and a successful result for the Customer, and to inform and update the Customer on an ongoing basis in the event of changes and new information. The customer understands that Bye & Bye Verksted AS is otherwise the only point of contact for the customer and that Bye & Bye Verksted AS must always be contacted first and has decisive weight in all choices that could affect the concluded agreement and the terms and specifications that exist.
9. Payment terms If the assignment is given by several Customers jointly, they are jointly and severally liable for the payment towards Bye & Bye Verksted AS. In the event of late payment, late payment interest is charged in accordance with the Late Payment Interest Act. All orders must be paid in advance before delivery of goods, unless otherwise agreed. Payment options are available at Bye & Bye Verksted AS. If, before the assignment has been completed, the Customer defaults on its payment obligations, suspends its payments or requests debt negotiations or tenders, is filed for bankruptcy or otherwise significantly disregards its obligations under the agreement, Bye & Bye Verksted AS can terminate the agreement.

10. Delay A delay that is not significant cannot be claimed by the party affected by the delay. When repairing a qcue, there will always be foreign elements such as parts that must be ordered from abroad. We keep the customer up to date, but reserve the right to decide for ourselves the delivery of goods that have been sent in for repair. In particular, cues sent in by the customer for painting will, for many reasons, be withheld by us until we have achieved good results. We also reserve the right to queue cues sent in for repair, behind other jobs. We will then update the customer on new delivery times.
11. Compensation Bye & Bye Verksted AS can claim compensation from the Customer for any loss, damage or cost that may arise for Bye & Bye Verksted AS as a result of missing, incorrect, incomplete or inaccurate information or breach of other obligations on the part of the Customer.
In the event of termination due to conditions on the Customer's side, and which are not due to Bye & Bye Verksted AS or the Supplier, Bye & Bye Verksted AS can demand full compensation for all costs incurred in connection with the assignment.
Compensation liability for Bye & Bye Verksted AS is limited to the Customer's direct loss in kroner, not time. Liability for compensation is limited to the contract sum for the assignment, unless Bye & Bye Verksted AS is insured for a higher amount and the damage is covered by the insurance. We are not responsible for agreements the customer has made when reselling an item that we have for repair. We only deal with the Customer. See point 7.
12. Disputes Any disputes between Bye & Bye Verksted AS and the Customer shall be resolved by the ordinary courts. Bye & Bye Verksted AS venue is adopted in all disputes according to this agreement. Norwegian law applies.
