KBCustom Cues was started in 2012 on the kitchen bench.
Fast forward an we have a smal workshop in Oslo repairing everything that comes in, and we get our first brand: Mezz Cues.
Today, we are Norway`s only workshop that repairs and sells pool cues and equipment.
We now have over 17 different brands for which we are importers and agents in Norway.
In 2024, we are looking at a total of 5 new brands that we strongly belive in for our customers, but there will also be news for others who want to repair pool cues.
In 2018, we moved from Oslo to Fredrikstad and decided to invest all our time in Billiards. And ONLY BILLIARD.
Today the workshop consist of 2 metal Lathes, 1 huge brigeport, a 4-axix CNC, and a brand new showroom over the workshop.
KBCustom Cues is all about going back to the original art of cue making.
Our suppliers also make their cues by hand, in small batches and often unique works of art.
(Except for Valhalla. This we only sell for fun! Viking have super serious quality control on Valhalla)

in 2023, we brought the KO Brothers to Norway and KBCues. Their products are unique both in terms of quality and appearance. The next news we are going to present to KBC is entirely along the same lines.

If you can't visit us, we ship with Posten, Postnord, Bring and UPC. Today we send packages with both BRING and POSTNORD. Small Envelopes go with POSTEN straight to your mailbox for NOK 59,- in Norway and Sweden and 259,- in Skandinavia.
Shipping worldwide: You order and press "Order worldwide". Then we will get back to you with the best possible agreement on shipping before we send.

We Deliver.
When ordering in the online store, you will receive a shipment number and where it will be delivered to by Postnord!
Bring has a nice app you can download.
Postnord and Bring currently have 2-4 working days for delivery in Norway. They do not deliver on weekends.
Delivery almost Worldwide: We get back to you. Depend on where you live. :-)

KBC delivers to Skandinavia, EU, USA, Canada and Japan.
Unfortunately, we do not deliver to the Middle East, Russia, Africa and China.

Payment.
All work done in the workshop is paid for here on the online shop.
We accept all bank cards through Stripe, or installment payments through KLARNA. Their guidelines apply at all times. In the workshop, we have an Izettl payment terminal with no restrictions. From 01.08.23 this also apply for company's.
We are sorry to inform that we no longer use invoices with credit.
All orders must be payed before we ship.
For customers in the states we have PayPal. Beware of the PayPal fee that you must cover.
