Exceed is the luxury cue brand created by Miki Co., the Japanese company behind Mezz Cues. Every Exceed combines traditional craftsmanship, advanced cue technology and exceptional materials selected for both beauty and performance.
How can YOU acquire an Exceed cue?
Most Exceed cues released onto the market go directly to collectors in the United States, Central Europe and Asia.
As an official Exceed dealer, KBC may be allocated cues on the same basis as authorized dealers in other countries. However, the number of cues available is extremely limited.
We want as many of our allocated cues as possible to remain in the Nordic market. Customers in the Nordic countries, particularly Scandinavia, are therefore given priority before we offer a cue to customers elsewhere.
For this reason, we have created a dedicated mailing list for customers who are genuinely interested in purchasing an Exceed cue.
Join the mailing list and we will contact you when another Exceed cue becomes available.
Demand for Exceed is currently far greater than the number of cues the company is able to produce. We have therefore created a system that we believe offers customers a fair opportunity to buy.

The purchase link is personal and is only sent to selected customers on the mailing list.

KBC can only sell Exceed products within the territories we are authorized to serve. International sales are also subject to shipping eligibility and applicable distribution restrictions.

A simpler Merry Widow model normally begins at approximately NOK 30,000.
The cues we have seen arrive from Japan during recent years have often been priced between NOK 50,000 and NOK 70,000. The most advanced and exclusive models may cost significantly more.
You cannot order a previous model again or ask Exceed to build a particular cue.
The models shown on the official website form a showroom of previous designs and craftsmanship.
Miki Co., Ltd.
The history of Miki Co. began in 1924 in Tomioka, Japan, when Fukujiro Miki devoted himself to precision woodworking.
His son, Yuji Miki, discovered cue manufacturing in 1958. He later developed specialised machinery that combined traditional craftsmanship with reliable mechanical precision.
The company was formally established in 1965 and quickly developed into an international manufacturer. From 1971, Miki produced cues for Adam Custom Cues and later manufactured for respected brands including Helmstetter, Brunswick, Longoni and Riley.
By the mid-1970s, Miki was producing approximately 2,000 cues every month for markets in the United States, Europe and the United Kingdom.
After several difficult years during the 1980s and early 1990s, Miki began moving away from its role as an anonymous contract manufacturer and started building its own identity as an independent cue maker.
Its experience in advanced woodworking, machinery, CNC technology and international manufacturing laid the foundation for the company we now know through Mezz and Exceed.

Exceed cues are rare, valuable and highly sought after. Unfortunately, this has also created a growing international market for counterfeit products, questionable sellers and cues with uncertain origins.
Exercise extreme caution if you are considering purchasing an Exceed from a seller who is not included on Exceed’s official dealer list.
A professional-looking website, convincing photographs or a believable story do not guarantee that a product is genuine.
Always check the seller against Exceed’s official dealer list before making a payment.

PLEASE BE CAREFUL ON THE SECOND-HAND MARKET
A pre-owned Exceed can be a remarkable purchase, but this market requires knowledge and caution.
It can be extremely difficult to verify authenticity, model, year of production, original equipment and ownership history from photographs alone.
Before purchasing, always request:
- Clear photographs of the complete cue
- The model number and serial number
- Detailed photographs of the logo, joint, butt cap and inlays
- The original receipt, if available, showing purchase from an authorized dealer
- Documentation showing where the cue was originally purchased
- Information about any repairs, modifications or replaced components
