Welcome to the Workshop and Showroom.
KBC is based in Fredrikstad NORWAY, where we have a full workshop for the repair of all types of cues.
Do you have a cue that needs a new tip, a new ferrule, a change of threads, a new grip or full refinishing? We do all this and more. You can see prices below, but send us an email with photos and we will provide a price estimate for larger jobs.

The online store is open as usual 24/7.
We remind you of longer delivery times at both Post nord and Bring due to snow and chaos.
Waiting time and queue.
-We change tip and ferrul overnight. (NORWAY ONLY: 24 hours come and collect)
- Changing grips takes about 3 weeks.
- We will not do painting work until the summer of 2024.
- All major refinish jobs now have a waiting time of AT LEAST 4-6 months, and all painting jobs take 1-2 months in the summer.
- Do you want us to create a cue for you? This now has a waiting period of 1 year, but we will accept your order and happily help you by email until you get the right result.

You can now book an appointment in the workshop and showroom!
We accept appointments after 2pm on weekdays.
Weekends are theoretically closed, but we are quite round about this. Just book an appointment with us at least 24 hours before by email, messenger or text so that we can give you the best possible service! Here, too, the times are between 14-19. We do not accept bookings before 2pm.
Showroom
All our cues and goods are on display in our SHOWROOM here in Fredrikstad. Here you can get your hands on cues, bags and around 670 product lines dedicated only to billiards. Our Viking cues in particular have to be experienced to fully understand how cool the colors are, and here we can also assist with anything you may wonder about.
You also test out different shafts, for the different cues.
Unfortunately, you cannot test any of our cues physically. We do not have demo cues apart from the WHYTE Shafts. Here you can bring your own cue, borrow our demo cue to Fredrikstad Biljardklubb and test for yourself how unique these shafts are. Here we ask that it be delivered on the same day that you borrow it.

ATTENTION:
Please do not send us jobs that are urgent to get back. Unfortunately, we cannot take you to the front of the queue for a tournament or similar. We will let you know when your repair is finished by sending you a payment link in the online shop or an invoice. Thank you for your understanding.

Payment
We accept all bank cards through Stripe, or installment payments through KLARNA. Their guidelines apply at all times.
In the workshop, we have an Izettl payment terminal with no restrictions or Vipps for payments under NOK 500.
We send invoices with a payment deadline of 5 days to companies and businesses. We use Kravia for collection. (Norway Only)
We also accept Paypal for all foreign customers. Link must be paid before we send.
Customs paperwork are then filled out.
Unfortunately, we do not accept Visa Electron.
We do not take cash from anyone under ANY circumstances. No Cash Company.
