Do you have a cue that really needs an overhaul?
First we look at pictures of your cue and come up with a price estimate BEFORE you submit.
We will also let you know if it is time for the cue to go to the eternal pool fields. 
That is, buy yourself a new cue, This is not worth the job. 
We will never be able to make the cue look brand new again, but it will get a new look like a beautiful work of art would be refurbished.

 
Then you submit the cue and we will come up with a new price once we have looked at the cue. 
ALL renovations can have surprises associated with them.
We do not know what is happening inside the queue until we open it up.

 
If you have sentimental value to the cue, please inform us about this.
The waiting time will be long anyway, as this is an extensive job that we take seriously.

 
We will not take on a complete cue renovation if you are in a hurry to get it back. The cue is finished when it is ready. 
If you are not ready to be a long way from your cue, please do not submit it. Rushing leads to stress, which leads to poor work. We do not want that.
