We have developed our own Slitting saw to make rings. 
Here you can buy several of the saw blades themselves.

The blades are solid carbide 40mm in diameter, 0.8mm (about 34 thou) in thickness and 60 tooth count.

The price listed is with 25 % VAT. You have only 10% VAT and a customs fee I have to calculate for each order.
Its no problem, just the way shipping to the US works these days.
