This is a polishing Liquid that seals the leather on your tip. This reduces mushrooming considerably and provides a more consistent contact surface.
Most of the polishing liquid penetrates the leather of the tip and hardens it. It has a slightly sticky texture that when it dries on the surface of the leather the tip it takes on a shiny appearance after a bit of polishing. If you have spent almost NOK 400 on the tip, it should shine a bit longer...
