About purchases and returns

If you are not satisfied with the products you receive, we ask that you contact us immediately after receiving the item. 
The right of withdrawal is 14 days according to Norwegian law, but the sooner you get in touch the better. The item must be unused and returned completely unused for the right of withdrawal to be valid. Goods that are specially ordered for you or that we make are not subject to the right of withdrawal in the same way. Please get in touch if you are not satisfied and we will see what we can do for you. According to the right of withdrawal, special orders and custom orders are excluded from the right of withdrawal.
Cues that have been purchased to be tried on and then do not meet expectations are also not approved for return. Cues we sell are subject to strict warranty requirements and if we take them back, they must be completely unused. That is, not a bump and finish without having been chalked. All customers are welcome to take a look at cues in the showroom in Fredrikstad. We do not sell or deliver Demo cues under any circumstances.

Contact us by email and return the item by post. You can replace the product with another one, or in the event that the replacement is due to a malfunction, it will be replaced with a new product that will then be sent back to you. Customers are themselves responsible for the return and no money will be refunded for the return. We will, however, send out a replacement free of charge if the fault lies with us.

Return
If the product did not meet your expectations, you can return it and get your money back. Contact us within 14 days of receiving the product and inform us that you wish to return it. Then send it back to us at the following address: Bye & Bye Verksted AS. Roald Amundsensvei 31, 1654 Sellebakk.
 
Refund
Our aim is to handle the return within 7 working days after it has been received at our warehouse. The amount will be refunded to you within 30 days after the return has been processed. We will never give cash back, and if you have shopped through Klarna, the money comes from them. If you have shopped at Stripe, the money comes from them. You will also be notified if your return has not been approved within 7 days. Then you can either pick it up in Fredrikstad, or ask for it to be sent back to you. You pay postage.
