KBC ships billiard equipment from our workshop in Fredrikstad, Norway, to customers almost all over the world.

WHERE DO WE SHIP?

We ship to most countries, including:

  • Scandinavia and the European Union
  • United Kingdom and Switzerland
  • USA and Canada
  • Australia and New Zealand
  • Japan
  • Many other destinations worldwide

A small number of countries may be temporarily unavailable because of carrier restrictions or international events.

If your country does not appear at checkout, please email us. We will check whether delivery is currently possible.

ONE IMPORTANT ADDRESS RULE

We only ship to a permanent residential or business address.

We do not ship to:

  • PO boxes
  • Hotels
  • Holiday accommodation
  • Airbnb addresses
  • Temporary collection addresses

Yes, the box really is that long. Cues strongly dislike being folded.

If your order contains both small and long products, we normally pack everything together using the shipping option required for the largest item.

CHOOSE HOW YOUR ORDER TRAVELS

BRING INTERNATIONAL

Bring carries the parcel from Norway and transfers it to the local postal service in the destination country.

This is normally our most economical tracked option.

The checkout will display the available Bring rate when you select your country.


DHL EXPRESS

DHL Express provides fast, tracked international delivery.

The shipping price shown at checkout is our basic DHL service. Optional services such as additional insurance or signature may cost extra.

Available services and delivery times depend on:

  • Destination
  • Postal code
  • Parcel size
  • Order value
  • Customs processing

We cannot guarantee an exact delivery date because customs clearance is controlled by the destination country.

ONLY ORDERING CUE TIPS?

Good news! A few cue tips do not need to travel in a large box.

Bring can send a small tracked envelope containing 1–5 cue tips, provided the total shipment remains below 350 grams.

Shipping currently starts from:

NOK 130 to selected European countries
NOK 229 to many other international destinations

The exact available rate will appear at checkout.

The envelope is tracked and normally delivered to your mailbox.

VAT, CUSTOMS AND IMPORT CHARGES

Norway is not a member of the European Union.

Prices in our Norwegian webshop include 25% Norwegian VAT. When an order is exported from Norway, Norwegian VAT is removed where applicable.

This does not necessarily make the order tax-free.

Your destination country may charge:

  • Local VAT or sales tax
  • Customs duty
  • Carrier handling or clearance fees
  • Other import charges

These charges are determined by the destination country and the carrier. Unless clearly stated otherwise during checkout or payment, they are paid by the customer.

A SIMPLE EXAMPLE

A product displayed at NOK 1,250 including Norwegian VAT has a Norwegian export price of NOK 1,000 excluding VAT.

Your country may then add its own VAT, customs duty and processing fees.

Norwegian VAT removed does not mean all tax disappears. It means the tax moves to the country receiving the parcel.

SHIPPING TO THE USA


Yes, we ship to the United States.

US import rules have changed, and duty-free treatment can no longer be assumed for low-value international shipments.

Because duties, carrier requirements and shipping costs depend on the products and order value, some US orders cannot be calculated correctly by our standard checkout.

HOW TO ORDER

  1. Email us with the products you would like to purchase.
  2. Include your full delivery address.
  3. We calculate the available shipping method and applicable prepaid charges.
  4. We send you a secure PayPal payment link.

Some import charges may still be collected after arrival unless your payment link clearly states that all duties and charges are included.

Please do not calculate US import charges using a fixed percentage. We will check the current requirements for your individual order.


FOLLOW YOUR PARCEL

Your tracking information becomes available after the carrier has registered the shipment.

Use the same email address and telephone number in your order that you use in the carrier’s app. This makes it easier for delivery notifications to find you.

  • Your local postal service after international transfer

Tracking may appear quiet while a parcel is travelling between countries or waiting for customs clearance. This does not necessarily mean that it has stopped moving.
