The LX 5 is made of Ebony and Bacote, fully spliced with 8 points.  Charcoal colored black stained Birdseye maple in the handle. Bacote at the very end of the butte. No grip just beautiful wood.  

Bacote or Bocote is widely known here in Norway for beautiful cues. It is dark like coffee, with almost black stripes. It is considered an exotic type of wood, but as of today we can still count on getting great blanks that hold incredibly well to a cue. Bacote is also used for expensive and fine furniture, floors, boats and musical instruments. When TIGER chooses wood species for its new series of exclusive cues, bacote had to be included.

With us, TIGER is a supplier that we, together with you, special order your cue exactly as you want it.
Here you choose the cue and match it with the shaft, weight and tip.  
TIGER has the choice between 12 shafts that are tailored to YOUR cue, with 5 different weight options.

THERE IS NO PRICE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN 29" AND 30" AT TIGER, or different price for weight. These are only choices you do when you order TIGER WITH US.
Either you order TIGER shafts which are TIGER X, TIGER LD, TIGER PRO, with the weight you want and the length you want. Or you go straight for TIGER FORTIS X, FORTIS LD OR FORTIS PRO. The same here with length and weight.  We then order up to you with your specifications from a supplier who CAN DELIVER!

TIGER is completely unique in that YOU get the option to tailor YOUR shafts to the but at the supplier. No more half way solutions. Now YOU get what YOU want.
Delivery time after you have placed an order with us is usually two-tree weeks for us and one week for you. We will inform you if TIGER has any waiting time, but as a rule they have everything in stock, and only make the adjustments as orders come in.
